About Flower Essences

For thousands of years Australian Aborigines have used flowers to heal emotional imbalances and physical injuries. Flower Essences were also used in Ancient Egypt, as well as India, Asia, Europe and South America.

The 69 Australian Bush Flower Essences are sourced by Ian White from Australia, an old and ancient continent with immense healing energy. Australia has the highest number of flowering plants and they reflect much strength and beauty. The power of the land is what makes Flowers Essences unique.

The Bush Flower Essences help to create emotional equilibrium, bringing subtle but potent shifts to our wellbeing.

Ian White also journeyed to source The White Light Essences from remote and sacred locations around the world. These essences are catalysts to deepening our personal journey and self-inquiry. They assist us to explore our spirituality and connect us with our higher potential.

Flower Essence Therapy

In a consultation I will discuss what you would like to change, to create, to shift, what is blocking you, physically and emotionally, and what may be challenging. Each remedy has a negative aspect with positive manifestations, and I match the remedy to help create positive outcomes in your life. There may be 1–7 essences in a remedy.

The Essences come in a 15 mL dropper bottle, 7 drops to be taken internally morning and night. The flowers essences are mixed with a little brandy and water. The remedies last for 2 weeks with normal dosage. Sometimes remedies need to be taken more frequently and for longer periods of time. Sometimes two separate flower remedies mixes may be prescribed to follow on from each other, to first clear negative aspects if they are deeply ingrained, and then to manifest and solidify the positive.

The Flower Remedies are subtle in action, although can create dramatic changes. Only those accumulated emotions that can be assimilated and solved will be released whilst taking the Essences.
