In the Group Coaching program we create common goals and develop a sense of shared purpose. Our aim as a group is to create a positive future and to take actionable steps to reach these goals. Sometimes it is easier to review our own situation and have moments of self-understanding when we learn through another person’s story and situation. We may experience common road-blocks that as a collective we work through. This is a benefit of Group Coaching. We also get to be accountable to one another and to motivate each other. We create a safe space where everybody is heard and considered. We get to positively impact and inspire one another and grow as a whole group.

Creating a Healthy ‘You’, positive habits to feel your best!

Friday 10–11.30am, 21st February – 27th March

What is healthy food for our body and mind, and how do we start to integrate it?

  • Do you have a sense of what is a healthy diet but with so much information ‘out there’, your confused about what best suits you personally?
  • Do you want guidance on how to incorporate wholesome foods into your diet, ‘crowding out’ less healthy ingredients?
  • Do you want to gain understanding of cravings and emotional eating?
  • Do you want to learn how to source, shop, prepare and enjoy highly nutritious foods?

In this 6 week program you will gain:

  • A concrete understanding of what ‘healthy’ foods are
  • You will explore what foods create wellbeing for you personally considering our unique bio-individuality
  • An understanding of emotional eating
  •  Consideration of mindful eating
  • You will learn practical and easy ways to incorporate healthy eating into your life
  •  You will start to implement action steps to solidify wholesome and nutritious eating

We begin the program with an individual health consultation so that your goals can be addressed throughout.

We end with a 3 hour Shopping Tour that strengthens all that has been learnt, and above all, is inspiring.

Offered face to face or online

6 × weekly 1.5 hour sessions over 6 weeks, Fridays 10am–11.30am

1× 3 hour (approx.) shopping tour on a Saturday morning, for face to face group.

The program has a theme for the duration of the 6 weeks and covers such things as:

  • A specific topic each week
  • Easy nutrient dense, whole food dietary information and tips
  • Plant based, sugar, dairy and gluten alternatives
  • Meal plans, preparation and ingredients lists
  • Stress management, sleep and physical exercise
  • Ethical and sustainable eating and living
  • Non-toxic chemical free lifestyle
  • Women’s health
  • Detoxing

Included in the program:

  • 1 × 30 minute individual Health Consultation (via online platforms or phone)
  • 6× 1.5 hour sessions over 6 weeks (plus 1× 3 hour shopping trip, if face to face)
