Yoga means union, to unite the body and mind, and mind with the soul. More profoundly it is to unite the individual soul with the universal spirit. Yoga is a practice to be able to develop self-awareness to have greater integration of all aspects of ourselves.

As a student we usually come to class to stretch the body, improve flexibility, and to calm and relax the mind. Ultimately yoga is a journey that leads us to health, happiness and wellbeing.

Retreats: Day Retreats (rural Brisbane), 4 and 6 day retreats held annually (Stradbroke Island and Bali) .

Classes: Weekly classes held in the Western suburbs of Brisbane.

Private: One-on-one sessions or 1–4 people at my house or yours (depending on location).

One-on-one sessions are available to support Women’s reproductive health including menstrual, endocrine and menopausal symptoms. Private sessions can benefit  people recovering from injury, illness, or that have physical restrictions and challenges.

Cost for 1 hour sessions

$80 at my location (Bellbowrie)

$120 your location (within 35minutes from my address, )
