Cooking Classes

Are you interested in health and nutrition, eager to be guided and educated, to learn new ways of eating and preparing wholesome vegetarian food? Then this is an experience you will love.

The basis of these cooking classes incorporates organic, ethical and sustainable eating. If you are curious about conscious and healthy eating, cooking and shopping but are not sure where to begin, then these classes are a starting point to
learning. You don’t need to be 100% knowledgeable to commence, just to have a desire to make changes and, through taking small steps, the accumulative effects begin.

Your body is your temple to nourish and the earth a place of abundant sustenance. If we can
begin to be aware of what, how and where we source our food from then we bring greater health to ourselves and the planet.

I offer relaxed, personalised, private and intimate cooking classes in the comfort of your own home. You can choose the people you would enjoy sharing this journey with. It may be a special occasion or event, or purely sharing inspiration with those you love.

If you have specific dietary wishes or requirements that you would like guidance with, I am very willing to cater to those and offer specialised education.

With your involvement I prepare organic sustainable plant based, vegetarian and gluten free meals, that are refined sugar free and mostly dairy free. The food is sublimely healthy and a taste sensation.

This experience is for those interested in learning about organic, sustainable and ethical food, and healthy, wholesome nutritional education. It involves practical participation for those who are keen to learn by applying themselves to the cooking and preparing process (this includes cleaning as well).

I talk about food education and the nutritional value, as we prepare the meal, and I answer any questions you may have along the way. Fundamentally this class is an event where health and good eating is paramount.

You will finish the class having expanded your nutritional knowledge, understanding of ethical eating, participated in the preparation of healthy organic food and partaken in enjoying a delicious and nourishing meal. My wish and motivation are that you come away feeling inspired and excited to have greater health in your life and to take steps towards conscious eating choices.

Cost

Approximately 4 hours @ $150 per hour. This can  vary depending on numbers i.e. can be a little less or more.

Hourly rate is capped at 5 hours and minimum charge is 3 hours.

An indication of the hours will be given when number of participants are confirmed.

Plus, a charge for ingredients:

  • 1–4 Participants $200
  • 5-6 Participants $250
  •  7–8 Participants $300

Combinations

Add a 2 hour Healthy Eating Tour in combination with the Cooking Class. Special price $150 for 1–8 people, up to a saving of $400.

Combine the Cooking Class with a Pantry Consultation, add $150 to Class cost (saving of $100).
